Program Goals: Learn skills in data analysis, operations management, quality control, and project management. Applicants must be able to use critical thinking skills to creatively solve problems. Environment is fast-paced and challenging. Projects will vary based on department and skill level. Applicants are expected to be resourceful, self-motivated, and ambitious.
At program closure, well-ranking Interns are given opportunity for promotion within the company.

Requirements: There are no experience or educational backgrounds required from this job. This being said, applicants are expected to be self-taught and quick to learn.
*Computer literacy is a must.
*Microsoft Excel knowledge is critical to job and performance. Most interns teach themselves basic coding while on the job.
*Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical reasoning.
*Business Presentation skills are useful and necessary. Interns are expected to manage projects (sometimes on their own) and must display strong organizational skills.
Internship program is a full-time position and will require 40-50 hours per week. Part time schooling is sometimes possible but not recommended unless the course load is very light.
Pay is $16/hr; once hired on $18/hr
