Job Requirements:
*Must have experience with customer service in a manufacturing setting
*Process orders and related transactions via Syteline software system
*Prepare shipping documents for product shipped to customer
*Provide timely response to customer requests concerning the purchase of products
*Provide customers with information regarding various aspects of the products offered, this information may or may not be technical in nature
*Follow up on customer inquiries that cannot be resolved immediately
*Research and manage the closure of billing issues
*Record and/or file customer order documents
*Retain accurate documentation on all customer interactions
*Identify problem areas, recommend and drive process improvements
*Maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times, while promoting a can-do attitude
*Responsible for mentoring, leading, and training of other resources within the customer service department, as necessary
*SAP or Styline system experience is helpful

Pay:
Great pay with pay increases, bonuses and great benefits!

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
