Job Description:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Receive guests
- Receive and organize all paperwork such as shipping and receiving paperwork
- Electronically scan and upload documents
- Physically file paper documents
- Maintain stock of office supplies
- Maintain office appearance
- Effectively communicate with office co-workers
- Maintain general knowledge of current issues and events
- Maintain consistent communication with the remote office
- Contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment
- Schedule courier shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Requirements:
- 5 years of office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (applicants will be required to complete an Excel skills assessment test)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Filing experience
- Proficient in e-mail and online applications
- Team player
- Positive thinker with a positive attitude
- Able to think ahead and be proactive
- Willing to learn and apply oneself
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8: 30am-5: 00pm
Pay:
$13-$14/hr, DOE
